John C. Gugliotta is admitted to practice law in both New York State and California. He has tried numerous cases in both jurisdictions.
He handles medical negligence, construction accidents, automobile accidents, premises liability, including negligent security cases and he has had excellent results.
John is a member of the American Association of Justice, The Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, The New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Columbian Lawyers (association of attorneys of Italian American descent).
John served as an arbitrator for the White Plains City Court between 2001-2004.
John is also admitted to the United States District Court for both the Central and Eastern Districts of California and both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
